Local Holiday Parades!

Everyone loves a parade, so here’s some of the local favorites. Celebrate various themes such as holiday shopping, Small Business Saturday, and the  wonder of the holiday season! FREE for the entire family!

11/30 Show Us Your Rack Parade  –  12n-4p – Margate City
Highlights: FREE photos with American Sign Language Santa, Free Pizza at Bocca, City-Wide discounts all day.
Details:  You’ve heard of the “Show Us Your Shoes” parade to promote the Miss America Pageant….Now be a part of the “Show Us Your Rack” parade! Since the Shop Local Shopping Extravaganza event focuses on the local businesses, the Margate Business Association created a way to keep shopping top of mind. Many businesses have a “rack” of discounted retail items showcased on their sidewalk, the idea is to decorate a wardrobe/garment or valet rack (on wheels) with a theme that reflects your business and walk…in the parade with your rack!
Parade will begin at 12NOON. Beginning at Washington, travel down Ventnor Avenue as we welcome in the Holiday Season! (if you want to join in on Jerome Avenue, you can) The parade will end at Bocca Coal Fired Bistro at Essex and Ventnor Avenues where our good ole’ American Sign Language Santa Claus – rides into town to take FREE photos with children.
